Vision Hall

Vision Hall is a grand new event venue located within the historic Camden Town Hall. The building now features a collection of adaptable spaces designed to host exclusive events, from high-profile brand launches to intimate cultural gatherings. The refurbishment delivers a refined blend of heritage architecture and contemporary luxury, brought to life through the creative direction of Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio.

SPH London are Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the complex adaptive reuse and restoration of the 1937 Camden Town Hall into Vision Hall — a landmark hospitality venue for Bottaccio. The project included an 8-year heritage-led refurbishment achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and a 60% reduction in CO₂ emissions. Our role involved cost and contract management, stakeholder coordination, procurement strategy, and the oversight of phased handovers to accommodate early venue use. The result is a world-class destination that balances sustainability, luxury, and operational excellence.
