Andrew has obtained a wealth of experience within and has worked on both the professional and contracting sides of the industry and has been involved in all types of projects including refurbishment, new build and fit out schemes.  He has extensive experience of working on restricted sites in London and dealing with the requirements of Listed Buildings.  In addition to the QS role, Andrew has acted as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator on numerous projects.  He also has Expert Witness, Adjudication and Mediation experience.

Andrew has a variety of client bodies including developers, commercial and industrial organisations, charities, local authorities and numerous private individuals.  The wide diversity of his client base means he has a detailed knowledge of the workings of different organisations and understands the different perspective and priorities each client type has. This understanding is an integral part of his approach to assisting the design team to deliver successful projects.
