Nick leads the Project Management function at SPH London and brings over 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the residential, education, and public sectors. With a professional background in Project Management, Contract Administration, and Building Surveying, Nick combines deep technical expertise with a strategic, client-first approach.

Known for his calm, assured leadership style, Nick has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on a variety of schemes, from large-scale developments to sensitive refurbishment projects. He is experienced in all major forms of contract and has a strong track record of managing risk, resolving issues early, and driving projects forward with clarity and purpose.
