Edinburgh House

This project transformed a dated 1960s commercial building into a modern, functional space tailored to contemporary needs. A key aspect of the refurbishment involved converting the basement car park into high-quality office space, optimising the building's usability. Additionally, a striking new public atrium was created, featuring an elegant enclosure with an ETFE roof to enhance natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere.

To further maximise the building's potential, rooftop extensions were added to the third and fourth floors, providing additional space with a sleek, modern design. The project highlights our expertise in revitalising existing structures, blending innovative design with practical solutions.
